What is the process to rent a computer? Step 1. Fill up an application online and submit it with the deposit.
Step 2. You will receive an email notification once your application has been approved/rejected.
Step 3. Once your application has been approved, the system will send you an email with a link for Recurring Payment Registration.
Step 4. Once the order is confirmed. We will send out the order within 3 working days. Delivery usually will take about 7 working days for West Malaysia and a Minium of 15 days for East Malaysia.
Do I need to pay a deposit for renting a computer? Prior to the Supply Starting Date and before the delivery of the Refurbished Laptops to the Client, the Client hereby agrees to pay to FIXMASTERS a refundable deposit consists of 1-month Monthly Supply Payment + Deposit Amount (“Deposit”).
The Parties hereby agree that the Deposit shall be maintained throughout the Supply Period and shall not be deducted, deemed or treated by the Client as payment of the Monthly Supply
Payment or any other payments in respect of this Agreement without the prior written consent and agreement of FIXMASTER.
The Deposit shall only be refunded to the Client after the Supply Ending Date PROVIDED
ALWAYS that:
(a) the Client is not in breach of this Agreement;
(b) the Client has returned the Refurbished Laptops to FIXMASTER before or on the Supply Ending Date; and
(c) the Refurbished Laptops are returned to FIXMASTER in good working and usable conditions (as verified, confirmed and inspected by FIXMASTER).
What happens if I do not wish to continue to rent the computer before the rent expiry date. Am I entitled to a refund for the unused period? Sorry, No early termination is not allowed. You may rent for 1 month and renewal it later.
